Executive Chef
Duties include: plan and execute menu through proper production schedules, exercise excellent food quality preparation and recipes to ensure high quality food, ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and food safety are maintained, be efficient with maintaining all the kitchen equipment in excellent operating manner, plan menus with Corporate Chef and owner to provide the best experience for guest, create weekly employee schedule and projected budget, responsible for food purchasing and sourcing new products with our current vendor, attend management meetings as required and report weekly cost for food and labor, maintain maintenance schedule for hoods and HVAC, effectively manage, educate, and develop the culinary team on best practices of culinary skills, station execution, sanitation, and food safety, and manage the hiring and development plan for each culinary team member.

Qualifications include: culinary leadership experience of at least 3 years, ServSafe certified, self-motivated and organized, thrive in high volume environment, process-oriented and have a good understanding of cost controls and financial management as it relates to kitchen operation, able to lead, train, and evaluate kitchen team, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and culinary education preferred.

Sous Chef
Duties include: assist Executive Chef in planning and executing menu through proper production schedule, assist Executive Chef in exercising excellent food quality preparation and recipes to ensure high quality food, assist Executive Chef in ensuring that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety are maintained, be efficient with maintaining all the kitchen equipment in excellent operating manner, assist Executive Chef in maintenance schedule for hoods and HVAC, undertakes any special tasks as assigned by the General Manager and Executive Chef.

Qualifications include: culinary experience of 1-2 years, ServSafe certified, self-motivated and organized, process-oriented and have a good understanding of cost controls and financial management as it relates to kitchen operation, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Pastry Chef
Duties include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of pastry and the kitchen
  • Managing placing orders, receiving deliveries for stock and inventory
  • Ensuring that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet Company standards and commitment to quality
  • Maintains a safe, orderly and sanitized kitchen
  • Leads by example, using proper food-handling techniques
  • Must possess moderate pastry skills paired with an eager desire to learn
  • Self motivated and a quick learner who takes direction well
  • Works well with others in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Attention to detail

Assistant Manager
Duties induce: identify and delegate responsibilities to staff to ensure objectives are met and excellent service is consistently achieve, implement company policies and procedures by instructing staff, effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager, provide coaching and feedback to staff and assess performance on an ongoing basis, consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within goals, assist in conducting staff’s daily pre-shift meetings, assist in any areas of the restaurant when staffing constraints require, and assist General Manager in conducting inventory and ordering of restaurant supplies and products. Reports to the General Manager and Owner.

Qualifications include: management experience preferred, ServSafe certified, self-motivated and organized, process-oriented and have a good understanding of cost controls and financial management as it relates to restaurant operation, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
