Colin McDonald attended Michigan State University before moving to Charleston, where he has over 17 years of experience in the fine dining service/hospitality industry.
Colin opened The Ocean Room at The Sanctuary, Kiawah Island, as the General Manager. Colin's exceptional expertise in fine wines has resulted in one of Greenville's finest wine lists. The Rick Erwin Dining Group is proud to have Colin as a member of the West End Grille team.
